I am confused with the usage of the word "any". May I know which sentence is correct? or they are both correct?
1. If any "customers get" injured, we could get a lawsuit.
2. If any "customer gets" injured, we could get a lawsuit.
Thanks in advance.

We could get sued if a customer is injured. (Natural)
We will be subject to a lawsuit if a customer is injured. (More formal)
The need for the ‘any’ would come from the context. For example:
If any customers are injured, we have insurance. (‘Any’ is to contrast with the zero situation (no injuries))

Any can be used in singular and plural forms

Yes I agree with sezme. They are both correct. The first suggests there could be multiple customers injured, while the second foresees only one customer being injured.
