Hi, my apology if I'm not sound very clear. As a matter of fact, since yesterday I caught a cold and it's been a week that I'm ill.
Can I also say " if I'm sound stuffy"? or " if I'm not very well heard"?
aslo I have a temptation to say " yesterday, I have caught a cold, but because I'm mentioning an exact time "yesterday", I think it would be incorrect. Am I right?
Also, I think only three variations are possible in English: for example: " I think, I'm catching a cold, or I'm about to catch a cold, and I caught a cold (yesterday)". I can't think of using it with "present perfect or present perfect progeressive". Is it so? may be just saying like " I have caught a cold from my friend".

'If I sound stuffy' would be better. Yesterday I bought a cold. The past simple will sound better.
We could say, 'it looks like I have caught a cold.' But the first and third options are perfectly good.
I have to go to another lesson now. Well done..
