As both previous commenters have noted, "woman's man" isn't really a common phrase. A more common phrase is "ladies' man." It's usually a neutral or even positive term and simply means a man who is popular with the ladies.

A man’s man - someone who is stereotypically “manly” (implies he has a lot of male friends and testosterone and does what some call “man” things like fight and drink beer. It can sometimes imply he doesn’t treat women with respect but it’s not always used this way, think it depends on the age of the speaker).
A woman’s man - I’m not sure, I’m a native speaker but I don’t hear this much - to me it sounds like means a womaniser. A man who flirts and has a different girlfriend every week.
With both of these terms I think they are dated now and I wouldn’t use them, as they could sound insulting or offensive.
Hope that helps 😁
