The movie was a horror movie so it was very scary. When I went to sleep alone at night, I remembered the movie and it scared me.

We watched a horror movie so it was very scary. When I went to sleep alone at night, I remembered the movie and it scared me.
For written questions, do you mean questions that need long answers? If yes, it's better to say essay questions
