Why are there 2 “will” in “He will help, but later it will fade away”, but one each in “The area is going to be empty because everyone will be expelled beforehand” and in “I will show you where I find it”?

It's because in the 2nd sentence, one of the WILLs has been replaced with "IS GOING TO". It could have been: “The area WILL be empty because everyone will be expelled beforehand”
