I somehow share the same opinion as <em>Leyla's.</em>

First impressions are very important. But, most of the time, people confuse "impressions" with "appearances". 

Well I do believe in the saying, " appearances are deceptive". One can <em>look</em> overly kind, for example, while they are not. So I learned not to trust appearances at all.

However, impressions are a different thing, and especially first ones. The first impression is that raw image of a person which you build since your first encounter with them. It can be totally correct, or partly correct but NEVER totally wrong because we are humans after all and we have that kind of "sixth sense" which <em>Malik</em> mentioned. It's not about having superpowers, but there are kinds of vibes which circulate between people, and I think that those vibes can give you a hint about the person in front of you even from the very first meeting. 

Of course, people can change their minds after that first impression, realise the points they were wrong about concerning that particular person and eventually re-shape that blurred image they've built to make it clear and faithful to the person's reality.

My first impression is not same as last impression. I may not have good sense.. ha ha

First impression is not everything. Everyone can not keep same condition. I try not to judge other people on first impressions of them.

However I must say first impression is important. Maybe many people don't want to talk again to someone who gave us bad impression.

I try to make good impression of me though...I sometimes become selfish especially when I'm tired...

I wish I had a strong body to do everything without becoming tired!!

no.. I don't agree because a saw people whom can't speak at first time.. and at second time, but then I understand that them is very good people..

People are different :)
