Does having"C1"or"C2" mean that you don't write notebook entries?

I sometimes see people on italki with C1 or C2 levels in a certain languge and got excited to see their entries in this language but then I got really disappointed to see"Entries :0"

What are the reason for not writing entries when having advanced level in the language(apart from the issue of desire)?

I don't know; I guess for the same reason you're disappointed by people at C1/C2 not posting notebook entries.
