I searched on Google with "talk in English with foreigners " and found it.

I'm not really sure actually... I think I heard about it from a friend once, and read Benny Lewis write about it, not sure which came first. I bookmarked it and forgot about it for a few months, then found it again and actually started using it :)

I saw it on a YouTube advertisement.
