Listening and reading at the same time through the subtitled movies, vedios and DVD. I think this is an amazing way for improving our pronunciation because you listen to the written words, you are pronuncing incorrectly, the correct way they should be. 

I say it depends on your strongest learning tools, mine is listening, so i used to watch movies that have Arabic subtitles over, and over, and over again, until i memorize the dialog, and start recital with the actors, in this way i have gained vocabularies, and pronunciation. until today speaking is my strongest suit.

Reading and repeting is the best way.
