Learning and maintaining English speaking

Hi guys, I'm currently trying to start practicing English speaking. I've lived in the states for quite a while so I'm not that bad but ever since I came back to Korea, my speaking ability is deteriorated.. I want to speak fluently like I was in US. Anyone who wants to learn Korean, that's fine for me:)

Where did you live in the US and for how long?

I'd love to be able to pick up some Korean phrases and some more basics. I have many Korea players on a high school team I coach and would like to surprise them some time. :-)
