Can I have a Japanese name?

I know it sounds funny but can I have a Japanese name? The meaning of my name is 'victory' or 'triumph' and Japanese translation of my name would be 'Shouri (勝利)'. Is it this okay to use this word as my japanese name. Anyway it's just for fun.

We sometimes use this kanji "勝利" as first name. But pronunciation is not "しょうり", but "かつとし;katsutoshi".
To pronounce "しょうり" is not natural for name. 
And you can use one kanji "勝". In this case, we read this "まさる;masaru".
