Spain has a very rich and variated gastronomy, but I would say that ''Paella'' is maybe the most known around the world.

España tiene una muy rica y variada gastronomía, pero yo diría que la ''Paella'' es quizá el plato más conocido en todo el mundo.

I think Paella  it's the most important dish in spain.   But I think   the most popular in Spain is  take some 'tapas' with your friends and family. 'Tapas'  are a small dishes ( fried potatos, fried fish, anchoves, olives, potato omelette, squid, etc) that we normally share with the other people..

son muchas comidas tipicas :

la cazuela( de gallina o vacuno) , las humitas , el pastel de choclo , las empanadas de pino ,  Porotos granados , Porotos con pilco, Porotos con rienda , charquicán.
