These German words do not exist in Chinese or English. They're quite fun and useful. :D
Ohrwurm (Ear worm) -（耳朵虫）

Kummerspeck (Grief bacon) -（伤心的培根）
Innerer Schweinehund (Inner pig dog) -（心里的猪狗）

Actually, we *do* say earworm for songs that get stuck in your head, at least here in the US (although it probably was derived from the German word).
