So many anime I could recommend. It depends a lot on what kind of shows you like.

Since this is a website about learning language though, I will recommend this:

Watch shows dubbed in English, preferably ones with good dubs. This mostly means movies. That way you can learn English while you watch. Subtitles are harder to learn from, as they are often broken into pieces of sentences, and sometimes do not even match the spoken language well. Also, do not watch dubs with subtitles on, because it is more confusing. At least, not the first time you watch a show. Once you know the plot, go back a second time and turn the subtitles on, so you can compare the spoken and written forms.

BTW a movie with an excellent dub is Princess Mononoke. Translated by a professional writer, and voiced by good actors.
