What was the strangest pet do you have or you know somebody who has it? What are the reasons of keeping unusual pets?
I know about a guy who kept a shark in his office (not quite a pet). In his case it was a mission statement.
I don't know whether it may come across as an odd pet or not, though my cousin brought me a monkey once. It was so lovely. Unfortunately we were forced to give the little one back as it started pooping all around our flat.
The reasons? My cousin is a boob, and basically he wanted to dress up the poor monkey as a bridsmaid and take it to my cousin's wedding ......

I had a large aquarium when I was a child and an aunt of mine gave me an Axolotl as a pet, I found it to have a really endearing nature to it though I imagine for some it might look unusual given it's a type of aquatic salamander.
Was really upset when it died, though what's sadder is that nowadays they're now an endangered species close to extinction in the wild.
Monkey is definitely unusual pet!)
I think the litter training is one of complications of keeping not ordinary pet, and ordinary too sometimes)))
