Your post was very short.  I am curious about why you need to be a very good English speaker.  What makes this an important goal in your life?  How good do you need to be?  (able to give speeches?  able to talk with people from all over the world?  able to use technical and academic language.)

I think sometimes native English speakers do not fully understand why English is deemed to be so critical to some non-native speakers. 

Don't forget to have fun learning. With this you will spend less time and effort studying but more time learning by doing fun activities that exposes you to new information that is easily remembered.
