Your advises to youself 10-20-... years younger. Ideas for youth.
If I could see 24-year myself, I would say not to abandon anything having been promised to do regularly. No, it wouldn't work! I would stand at myself with a scourge and hit on the back every time when younger version of me stops begun work. Another way wouldn't work!
