I hope that ... In hindi Hiii! How to say I HOPE that in Hindi? For example... I hope that he will study . Mujhko aasha hai ki voh padhega?

"I hope that he will study." would become "Mujhe aasha hai ki voh padhega" or it could also be "Main aasha karti hoon ki voh padhega".

Your sentence ( mujhko aasha hai ki voh padhega ) is also correct. Mujhko and mujhe are synonyms; you can use either of them, but mujhe is more common.
