I wouldn't choose too good-looking teachers. Their attractiveness could be too intimidating, lol...

Jokes aside,  I prefer teachers who speak well, with a good accent.

The ones who can speak reasonably well and reasonably fluently in my native language.

Also who speak  in the language I am learning in a manner where I can hear the individual words they speak,

even if I do not know the meaning of the words they speak.
