I guess the meaning is what type of shoes that u want to change? it that? and why is this phrase 갈아신을까요 in this sentence, i don't get how it was transformed to be that phrase

갈아 신을까요 << 갈(다) + 아(서) + 신(다) + 을까요
갈다 : to change, replace
e.g.
change a tire
타이어를 갈다
아(서) : and (then)
신다 : put on, wear
을까(요) : shall
e.g.
갈아 입다 : change and wear (clothes)
갈아 신다 : change and (then) put on (shoes) = change into
