Why is Italki not responding to me? I am a teacher on Italki and I was notified by a student that my profile is showing as not accepting new students!
I DO NOT have the option of changing it. Other people seem to say that it is very straightforward but for me I don't have the option to change it...

I have emailed Italki numberous times and they have ignored all my emails.

It has been suggested that a lesson has been reported as having a problem. I have had ZERO problems with my lessons. In fact all have gone very well and students have been very satisfied.

I'm not in the position where I can't accept new students and Italki won't respond to my emails.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Please let me know. 

Any suggestions would also be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes they block your profile when you have not respond to a student request for a lesson. If that was not the case, email them and they will come back to you in a few hours time.

I have absolutely no idea.. may be some fellow teacher can help you? But when did you send them the email?
