You are telling the truth if you tell someone your name is Enzo Rosito Machado, because it is true that your name is Enzo Rosito Machado.

As Michael said: Truth is a noun (como "a verdade" em português) and True is an adjective (como "verdadeiro" em português).

Examples:

She always tells the truth.  (Ela sempre fala a verdade.)

A true friend would not do that.  (Um verdadeiro amigo não faria isso.)
