Which languages, in your opinion , easiest then another ?

Everybody talks about difficult russian , chinese and hungary , but what do you say about languages , which so easy , that you will learn them in the short time? Sure thing , you can declare that every language is difficult and have peculiarities , but.... What about me , easiest language what i saw was German . It is the very beautiful language . I don't mean languages of the slavs group , such as bulgarian or polish ,because I am a native speaker of this group.

p.s. Sorry for my mistake in the title , of course , it is " easier " , not "easiest"

As a Spanish-speaker, I think I'd pick up rather quickly some Catalan, Portuguese, French or Italian. The pronunciation and the rhythm is somewhat different, but I'm already able to understand most of whatever it's written in those language. They are really similar. English isn't so much difficult too, as the grammar isn't that distinct. Beyond this, I haven't had the chance of learning so many other languages. Maybe some German and a very little bit of Russian, but it isn't enough for giving an opinion.
