is it okay for you, and please tell me your reason
Hi guys what do you think, when someone speak or talking with you by using your native language. Their pronounce and grammar are not perfectly but you understand what they say to you. Is it okay?

I focus more on what they are trying to say and not whether they make any mistakes or not. Sometimes you have to figure out the meaning by the context or by providing the missing pieces based on your wide experience with the language, which can be satisfying, like when you solve a puzzle.
Anyone who has tried to master a foreign language knows how difficult it can be, so I have sympathy for them and want to help them communicate.
Strangely enough, someone speaking with an accent can be kind of fascinating, because the language is familiar yet sounds different at the same time.

I think it’s ok because while practice can have mistakes. And if i can understand the meaning what they want to say that enough but if have time and didn’t make conversation stuck .I will teach the correct accent to them again when they said finished.

For me, it depends on what my goal is. If it's just for going on holiday somewhere for a week or two, getting the pronunciation and grammar right doesn't matter too much to me. If it's for business or daily/weekly use, I do want my pronunciation and grammar to be near native. Here's the thing: as soon as someone hears a foreign accent, or makes weird grammatical mistakes, you will be 'the foreigner', an outsider, and people will treat you differently.

Are you asking from a language exchange point of view? Because in general, if I can understand someone that is all that matters. I appreciate them trying and if I understand what they are saying and can communicate with them, it's all that matters. Though from a language exchange point of view, you might want to find out if they want to be corrected on pronunciation and small grammar mistakes.
