1 Practice everyday with fluent people 
2 Watch videos on you tube 
3 Be patient and never give up to reach your goal

hard work in about 6 month is only way you can do it as a beginner. So, don't waste your time, book your first paid lesson or start to watch youtube video lessons for free

Becoming fluent in three months..eh...   

I am a native English speaker. I took French classes for 1 hour every day Monday through Friday for 3 years in a row in high school. Even I didn't feel fluent after that. I knew a lot of words and phrases but could I have gone to France after those 3 years and completely understood what everyone was saying and interacted with French speakers without hesitation, no. 

Learning any language takes a lot of hard work, dedication and good study habits.
