Try changing the type of activity.
Do some sports. Go to the pool, for example. Water will wash away all negative emotions.
Or go dancing if you like it.

Let yourself free 😊. Do you what you feel like doing, if you want to eat ice-cream and watch movies all day... do it, if you want to make an impromptu trip..do that. If you want to be on social networking sites all day.... Do so...

If you want to distance yourself from someone or some people do so too.

But do these without judging yourself. Dont feel guilty about it. Forget about what others will think. See yourself as a different person and empathise with yourself.

No harm in crying, venting and annoying your besitie. If they are best friends they would understand.

Let the time heal 🤗. Give yourself all the time you need.

I will try to do something else,making myself busy.In this way,i can forget it in some way.Also, I will tell myself not to exhausted myself because no matter how i worried i will not help myself solve the problem.Try to be optimistic.

I draw it out, just pick up a pen, alot of paper and draw how I feel, lines firstly will be like mad and after all they wil be slowly and no lines at all when your feelings will ho out. Don't try to draw something specific, just move your hand on the paper, get out your emotions and feelings.

3 things i often did are:

Firstly I often had my hair cut if hair is long enough to do that :)
Secondly i would cook new foods
Thirdly i would walk a long way

and try to relax myself and then find good solutions
