Whatsapp in China
Is whatsapp now available in china? I was always under the impression that it was blocked but i'm getting alot of natives asking me to add them on there and its making me suspicious.

Chinese scammers definitely like WhatsApp, I guess it's easier than cycling through Wechat accounts

maybe you need a vpn. Just google it and download it.

It’s unfortunate that some apps like WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter are still not available in China. For people in China mainland, they prefer WeChat to chat with others, which can be downloaded from AppStore.
