<div>I am an IT specialist and also a project Management. To answer your question, It all depends on the size of the company. A project manager who works in a company with ten clients will definitely be less busy compare to A PM who works in a company with higher clients. However, Since a PM feature in every aspects of a project, A PM is always busy.</div>
