As Rahul said, if it was a close friend then you would have known what was going on in his life. So it's an acquaintance or a person you lost touch with. Always be thankful for what you do have in life.

Firstly , if he is a close friend , then I would be invited in his wedding . So there is no question of seeing him suddenly. If he is not a close friend , then it might come as a surprise to me. The first thing I will think , wow how quickly time passed . That's all . I am 35. Still not married. I am in a relationship. For a few months only. So no question of getting married within the next 2 years.

maybe it depends that am I ready to take such responsibility? Or else It will take another 10 years haha.

Being single can be a lot of fun. It is certainly more fun than just marrying because you want to be married, rather than finding the person you want to be married to.

I think, my first reaction is "Am I too younger or is he too older". Generally In that case, I'll say how did the time pass so fast.
