Hi Jeanne, Thanks for your comment. This is true that as I already know French another Latin language will be easier for me to learn. However I am not doing this to show how a person who has not mastered a foreign language yet how he/she can become fluent in 2 languages in 6 months. I am choosing to do this because it is adviced against for exactly the reason you pointed out. These languages are very similar, this means you are more likely to get the languages mixed up if you learn them at once. I have ideas to try and avoid this that I want to test as well as other ideas I want to test to see how fast I can become fluent in these languages using my experience with French. Once I have finished everything and if you read about my way of thinking on my blog I can begin to apply what I have found out to help others with languages in a more direct way. What I am doing really is an experiment, anything can happen and I will not have my full findings until I finish. Hope you found my response helpful.

I think that it is easier for you to learn Spanish and Italian now that you know French.  Spanish, French, and Italian are related, and your brain already knows how to think in and process another language other than English.  I think it would be impossible for someone to learn Spanish and Italian in six months if these are their only other languages they know besides English.  Just my two cents.  I hope you achieve your goal.  Good luck!

Hi Michela, Yes I am happy with how I am progressing. Italian and Spanish can be quite similar so I am trying to come up with different ways to make them seem different in my head. Thats a shame you are having problems accessing the site. Maybe if you try typing Fluent in Spanish and Italian in 6 months you will be able to access it that way, it should be the first page result. Regards, Denis.

I'm appreciate your invitation and wish you success. How is your study going now?? I've never study Spanish before, is it very familiar with Italian?
