this is a wrong setence, because 玩儿（play）is verb , so you make mistake, so
我 觉得 中文 是 有趣的
I think chinese is fun

我 想 中国的 很有意思 (but this 中国的is adj. not correct , v. + n. not v.+v.)
I think chinese is very interesting (look this sentence:this Chinese means a language right?)
so donot traslate directly,
if you mean you think the country is very interesting
so
我 想 中国 是 非常 有意思的 国家
I think China is very interesting courntry

my hobby is Chinese
in this setence, you can find a interesting thing is that the same setence in chinese is
我的 爱好 是 学习 中文

that is correct in english, although 我的爱好是中文is correct, but as a begginer in chinese, my advice
is you should say:我的爱好是学习中文 do not omitted
4.我 想 中国人 多有意思
in this sentence i know that you want to say: i think chinese people are very fun, but you make a mistake
多有意思 is not the mean very fun, is not correct, chinese people don't say like that
you should use 很有意思/很有趣
我 想 中国人 多有意思
i think chinese people are very fun
so the correct is 我想中国人很有意思/我想中国人很有趣
