One billion dollars I would go travelling after finishing my university studies. Start building my own charity name up for schools in 3rd world and conflict based countries such as Uganda, Afghanistan, Somalia and so on and run the charity as director making sure the money goes to use but also that people start donating after hearing of the charity via advertisement. I would also invest in a future for my family. And change wise it will just change that from middle class I will be ruling class, but I have always wanted to open schools in 3rd world countries and finish university to work for charities, it will just make it easier for my ambitions to come true and allow to reach high positions such as CEO or Director quicker.
