You're right, and this sentence we use it in my dialect moroccan too, but we pronounce it a little different like that :

ar'd lah was'a

and if we pronunce 'waaaas'a' to someone else, it like you say to him:" you're not the only one who has something (for example finding a job), I can find something else more that yours"
