When I click in the chat window at any name, it says "Connecting ...." and a green dot starts flashing, but it does not connect. What could be the reason? Do you experience the same problem?

Many times italki's chat seems to get stuck. Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, try sending a message to the person you want to chat with.
