You cannot expect to lift your english level in a very short time . I conceive English proficiency is built by 3 factors : time , effort and environment . Time is your biggest enemy during your learning career . Effort plus perspiration is  inevitable to make you better and better . Environment is a good driver to make you keep moving on . I think time is the hardest factor to be held .
