What's "gombal" in English?

"Gombal" I mean here isn't "clothes (in Javanese)". When somebody's saying some hyperbole sentences to someone. E.g "you're so pretty like an angel, I can't help myself for looking for you".

Gombal is an Indonesian word which means empty in English

Gombal means sweet talking someone(girl).

example:

Boyfriend: How are you?

Girlfriend: I'm pretty good

Boyfriend: Yes, you're pretty

No, it isn't rag. I knew it once, but suddenly I forgot it.

Just check out "Silent Hill 2" film. Although it's a horror movie, but there is a part when the girl said "gombal" to the boy.
