Can you tell me... - Не подскажите... ( ne patskazhitie)/ Подскажите, пожалуйста...
Can you tell me the time please. - Скажите, пожалуйста, который час. (katory chas)
Where is Arbat street? - Где улица Арбат (Gdie ulitsa Arbat)
When you are in the shop or a ticket office: Can I get ___ , please? - Будьте добры, ____. (butie dabri) / ______, пожалуйста.
Can I get a ticket to Moscow, please? - Будьте добры, один билет до Москвы. (adin biliet do Maskvi).
Usually Russian people just say: "до Москвы". If they are polite, they add "пожалуйста" or "будьте добры". But they are not usually polite.))
In the metro you take one ticket but say how many trips you need. So you say: 10 trips, please - десять поездок, пожалуйста (desyat' paezdok).
If you jog somebody or step on someone's leg you should say: sorry - простите (prastitie).
If someone says to you "простите" you can answer: that's ok - ничего страшного (nichevo strashnavo).
How much is it? - Сколько стоит? (skol'ka stoit).
Good bye - До свидания (da svidaniya). I usually wish also happiness and say instead of "до свидания" - Счастливо! (schasliva)

Also, "to bump into someone" is a better English term, rather than "jog"
Thank you all for your kind words! "ы" is a very hard sound, so in any case you should listen to a native speaker's pronunciation. Translitteration cannot express the sound correctly.
