Check out Lang8. http://lang-8.com/ It's a language exchange site. The members are all learning foreign languages each other, so they help you all free. You can look for someone to talk. But there are no teachers.

Some people are here to earn money for tutoring...I would love talking with you English, but you should take my classes :)
