أحَبَّ = To Love

يُعجبني هذا الحاسوب = i like this computer .

أحبُ هذا الحاسوب = i love this computer .

لا يحبني = لا + يحبُ + ني

لا LA = no

يحبُ Yu7ibbu = loves

ني = أنا = Me

so .. it means

He doesn't love me .

I don't love it = لا أحبهُ

لا + أحبُ + هُ

هُ = هوَ = him ..

لا يحبني He doesn't love me.

the first means : I dont like it , the second means : he,she,it does not like me ! if you want to say the second statement in a way that is almost the same meaning to the first then it should be لا احبه 

can it means

لا يحبني  

i dont love it ?
