Need the help of programmer.

So... It is necessary for me that people who want to connect to my free wi-fi, firstly see a page with greeting.

I have TP-link TL-MR3020 router with DD-WRT firmware.

Can anybody help me to set a hotspot?

But we set up hotspot on another router - mikrotik

I used to set up home routers :-)

Who changed router's native firmware to dd-wrt? )

How does it work? via 3G?
