If your goal is to talk and communicate with others in Englsih, than I recomend you practice speaking with natives of English. This, in my opinion, is the best way to learn any language. 

listen tgo english music and read the lyrics, search your unknown words.. chat in english, watch Koullias s without subtitles :)
