Questions for Britons. What is the best city to live outside London?

Hi there, I am living in London since November and I love that city but I would like to move outside to study design and find a job to pay for my needs. 

 

I am looking for a nice city, with good cultural environment and good career opportunity in the creative field. Many people speak about Brighton, Leeds, Bristol...
