I hate you more. :)

My answer would be "I love everyone including you". I noticed that some people answered "I hate you too, I hate you more". It seems like some people never learn regardless of what has happened in the world over the last months. 

Sometimes, the best thing to say is "nothing"... accentuate the positive and ignore the negative.
