Conversational Lessons vs Conversation Lessons

Are they the same or different?

 

If you are a student, what and how would you expect to be taught in a 'conversational lesson'? What and how would you expect to be taught in a 'conversation lesson'?

 

If you are a teacher, do you think that there is a reason for offering 'conversational lessons' instead of 'conversation lessons' or do you think that it doesn't matter which one to offer because they are pretty much the same?
