I’ve just baked a Moroccan bread. It’s healthy and delicious. It’s also poplar there. It is called Harsha. You need just semolina, oil, yogurt, baking powder and water, to bake it. Blend all them together and set it aside for a quarter. Then bake them on the griddle. In the course of cooking, I’ve learned,finally, what kind of food my body needs. And I have a big list enough of different delicious and healthy dishes. It’s multinational origins. What I’m lacking is to cook more than I do.
