Is there any specific English word for this meaning?
Sometimes i feel i got misundertood, so i would feel really bad. Is there any English word to describe this feeling? Can i say "i feel wronged"?

I think "to feel wronged" is similar to 冤枉. Is that the meaning you want?

Perhaps 'frustrated'. I would feel frustrated in the situation you described.
