Online shopping is becoming more and more popular everyday, because modern life especially in megapolis is very fast. Online shopping helps to save time to go to the shop. But for me it’s difficult to choose clothes online which will be fit me. I prefer to try on clothes, but I shop online food.

especially in a megapolis is very fast. Online shopping helps save time where you don't need to go
to the shop. But for me it’s difficult to choose clothes online which
fit me. I prefer to try on clothes, but I shop online for food.

But for me it’s difficult to choose clothes online that will fit me. I prefer to try on clothes, but I buy food online.
You don't need a comma before 'because.' In the case, use 'that' instead of 'which' because the only clothes you will buy are ones that fit. In other words, the clothes have to fit. If it were optional, then you could use 'which'; however, it isn't. I hope that explanation makes sense. I tend to use store instead of shop. Shop is not wrong, just store sounds more natural not me.
