"check-up"=In this contex it would be "control odontológico, chequeo dental or revisión dental" instead of "cita".

"Beautiful Smile Dentistry" = this is the name of the dentist office and it must not be translate because it is a proper name. BUT IF IT WAS IMPORTANT THAT IT HAD TO BE TRANSLATED, THE TRANSLATION WOULD BE: Odontología Sonrisa Bonita or Centro Odontológico Sonrisa Bonita or Clínica Odontológica Sonrisa Bonita. PROPER NAMES LIKE "JAMIE" ,IN THIS CASE, MUST NOT BE TRANSLATED EITHER.
