我现在刷我的牙。 (我在刷牙。）("现在" is always used in the situation while u want to do some things right now. For example, u r studying and ur parents ask u to brush ur teeths,and then u can say "我现在就去刷牙。” It means u will brush ur teeth right now.)

我昨天刷了我的牙。 （我昨天刷牙了。）("了" denotes that u have finished doing something.)

我明天将刷我的牙。 （我明天会刷牙。）（here，"会" means "will", she can also means "can")

我没有刷我的牙。（我没刷牙。）
