according to the habit of Chinese, if you greet someone in a certain community (like here), which you don't mention any perticular one, a better way is to say 大家好, which is a plural naming.

"I hope I can learn, exercise etc.," here the subject of the main sentence is necessary, but in your sentence, the subject is  not clear, the word "here" disturbs the order of the sentence, my suggestion is 希望我在这里可以……with the prep. 在 can the function of 这里be sure.
